Yayoi Itsushima is the sister of Chisato Itsushima in Moonlight Syndrome. She asks Mithra to do contract with Ryo Kazan, and is an antagonist alongside him. In the end, however, she doesn't help Mithra when he's being killed. She shares both name and appearance with Yayoi Hanayama, giving rise to a theory that they are the same person.
