Ward 25, usually referred to as the 25th Ward, is the setting of much of The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. It is a further addition to the real-life 23 special wards of Tokyo, and the successor to Ward 24.
Geography[]
Like Ward 24 before it, Ward 25 is divided into Areas designated by letter.
History[]
As seen in case#25:whiteout prologue, the plans for Ward 25 begun as early as 2003, seemingly proposed by Kenichiro Mikoshiba. Ward 25 was designed to be a perfect world for "normality" and the "everyday life", in reception to the chaos seen in Ward 24. However, this facade eventually began to crumble.
