Tsukasa Kotobuki (ことぶき つかさ, Kotobuki Tsukasa) is a veteran freelance anime artist and character designer. In the west, he is best known for his 1990's works of early 3D fighting game series Battle Arena Toshinden and sci fi adventure harem anime Saber Marionette J. He is currently an illustrator for the Mobile Suit Gundam series.
He illustrated material for one game related to Grasshopper Manufacture, No More Heroes: Heroes' Paradise.
