The Timer Smile (タイマースマイル, Taimāsumairu) is an enemy in killer7. It is a special variety of Heaven Smile which is encountered by the Smith Syndicate in the Vinculum Gate at the Union Hotel during the first part of Target05: Smile.
The Timer Smile has roughly the same build and frame as a normal Heaven Smile, but is covered all over in strange, protruding red lumps and tumours. It will steadily walk towards the player down the long hallway it is encountered in, and the only way to kill it is to destroy all the tumours.
