Protector ZZ Smiles (プロテクトΖΖスマイル, Purotekuto ZZ Sumairu) are enemies featured in killer7. They are a variety of Heaven Smile, and the last in the Protector model line. They make their first appearance at the Blackburn Residence during the latter half of Target03: Encounter.
Like their weaker counterparts, Protector ZZ Smiles are covered in a durable armoured carapace that makes them invulnerable to most kinds of weapons - only MASK's Focus Shells can kill them. They are distinguished from their cousins by their dark black-and-red colouring and the bright pink light which emanates from their chest panels, - their appearance is otherwise identical to the other Protector variants.
