Prison Island is a correctional institution in the video game No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. It is at this remote complex that Cloe Walsh is held captive under high security. Walsh is eventually rescued by Travis Touchdown, who releases her bonds in order to challenge her for United Assassins Association Rank 23. Prison Island is reached through the second Akashic Point in Santa Destroy.

It is shown to very run-down, suggesting it was abandoned some time ago before the story.
