Mr. Blackhole (Mr. ブラックホール, Mr. Burakkuhōru), is a character in the video games Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes. He reappeared in No More Heroes 3 as the tenth ranked assassin in the Galactic Superhero Corps.
Story[]
Arrested for his crimes as a Warp Bandit, Mr. Blackhole was among the many prisoners Prince FU met during his imprisonment in the Blackhole prison. FU recruited them to form his army, the Galactic Superhero Corps. and selected nine prisoners, including Mr. Blackhole, to be his top 10 ranking assassins. After escaping prison, Prince FU and his army laid waste onto multiple planets, among them being Mr. Blackhole's home planet, much to his dismay. Despite this, Mr. Blackhole chose to remain loyal to FU, accompanying him during their invasion of Earth. Mr. Blackhole was in command of the Galactic Superhero Corps' first invasion force and descended onto Santa Destroy. Mr. Blackhole didn't understand why Prince FU would be deeply concerned over such a town. Nevertheless, Mr. Blackhole carried out FU's orders and had their spaceship perform an airstrike, leveling Santa Destroy. Despite his radar detecting "something weird" among the ruins of the town, Mr. Blackhole dismissed it as a minor nuisance and sent his goons to deal with it. This turned out to be Travis Touchdown, the formerly top ranked assassin, who proceeded to decimate Mr. Blackhole's invasion force. As Travis made his way to the core of the spaceship, filled with eggs like that famous movie. A tiny version of Mr. Blackhole hatches from one of them and swallows Travis whole, warping him to the ruins of Blackhole's home planet.
Mr. Blackhole tells Travis about how FU desecrated his planet, turning it into a galactic waste disposal site. When Travis asks him if he desired revenge against FU, he simply replied that neither he nor any other Corps members could last three seconds fighting FU. Travis then confronts Blackhole if he is happy with a life of submission to FU after what he did to him, he says that this is his destiny, and implies he has no other choice because FU would kill him regardless. Unable to be convinced otherwise, Travis draws his weapon to duel Blackhole, which he joyfully obliges. Although Travis had delivered a killing blow, Mr. Blackhole was not dead and had them warped into Blackhole's "universe" within himself where they continued their fight. After being mortally wounded by Travis, Mr. Blackhole is impressed that an earthling was able to defeat him, but reveals that throughout their fight Blackhole was able to gather enough data on Travis' behavioral and strategic patterns. After passing on the data onto the other Corps members, Travis finishes off Mr. Blackhole with a single beam shot to his head.
