Moonlight Syndrome (ムーンライトシンドローム) is a video game developed and published by Human Entertainment, directed by Suda51. The game was released only in Japan for the PlayStation. The ending song is called Anata wa Umi no Soko. It is a spin off of the Twilight Syndrome series. The game takes place barely a year after the events of the first two installments. The game begins with Mika Kishi walking home and running into Aramata. When shes about to open the door, Mithra appears with her house key then leaves. When she is about to eat dinner with her mother and father they watch the news they see that Kyoko Kazan was killed in accident. The Kishis worried for their daughters safety tell her to be careful and that they will protect her. Mika and her friends decide to investigate starting the events.

The game is played from two view-points. That of Mika Kishi and of Ryo Kazan.

Ryo Kazan is a loner who is having an incestuous relationship with his older sister; Kyoko Kazan. After her death, Ryo grows an infatuation with Mika because she closely resembles Kyoko.
