Jacob's Ladder is Shinobu Jacobs main weapon in the video game No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle. It is traditional Japanese Katana which looks exactly like the Three Girl's Rhumba sword which was also used by Shinobu. The sword still retains it's ability to produce the energy wave Gentoken which can be charged to produce dual energy waves. Both swords look exactly alike except that the scabbard no longer bears the charms and Bizarre Jelly figures and is now carried entirely on Shinobu's back.
Trivia
The name Jacob's Ladder might be a reference to both Shinobu's last name (Jacobs) and the physical ladder to Heaven mentioned in the Bible.
