Fred Tatasciore (born June 15, 1967) is an American voice actor. He provides the voice of Randall Lovikov and Dr. Letz Shake in the 2007 video game No More Heroes. He also does voice work for Kojima productions as the beast half of the beauty and the beast unit in Metal Gear Solid 4. Other works include the voice of the Hulk for the Hulk vs films and 8 in the movie 9.
