The Forest of Bewilderment is a region in the video game No More Heroes. It lies at the end of a shrubby road off the Santa Destroy Junction, beyond which there is a drawbridge allowing access over a chasm and to the forest. There are several identical zones in the Forest of Bewilderment where the road splits into two separate paths. If Travis Touchdown follows the wrong path, he is taken back and must start over. Helping him decipher which path is correct is the spirit of his deceased master, Thunder Ryu. The Forest of Bewilderment is a precursor to the Akashic Points which appear in Santa Destroy three years later, and it may itself be an Akashic Point as well.
