GameplayEdit

FROG MINUTES is a simple, open-ended experience where the player's only objective is to feed critters such as grasshoppers and flies to frogs, until their appetites are full enough that they can be caught. FROG MINUTES contains a total of 10 frogs and five unique critters for them to eat; these 15 creatures have a dedicated "Field Guide" entry, which can be read to them by the narrator, who occasionally encourages the player during the hunt as well. FROG MINUTES also challenges players to meet 50 different gameplay milestones; doing so completes a puzzle-styled picture of a frog, filled as these milestones are met, in addition to unlocking the game's sole Game Centre achievement.

A menu in FROG MINUTES keeps a record of the frogs and critters captured by the player, their total play time, current and longest capture chain, and number of frogs failed to be captured.
