"Hello Mr. Smith, the election is drawing near. Have you decided on your vote? If you haven't, please let the Republic Party make the most of your precious vote. Thank you and have a nice day."
—Christopher Mills

Christopher Mills is a character in the game Killer7. He is Garcian Smith's first controller, and he relays him instructions from the US government for all his assignments. Throughout the game, the two meet on the Seattle overpass when Mills needs to give Garcian information about his next assignment; Mills gives Garcian notice by leaving coded voicemail messages in which he poses as a political canvasser. Christopher Mills is shot and killed via sniper rifle by Linda Vermillion when he tries to tell Garcian the truth about his past. Mills appears one last time as a Remnant Psyche in the Union Hotel, shortly before Garcian finally confronts Harman Smith.

Three years later, during the events of Target 06: Lion, Emir Parkreiner uses Mills' car - which was ironically the car given by Andrei Ulmeyda to Gabriel Clemence (who then proceeded to sell it onto Mills, who was a massive car enthusiast) - to drive across the intercontinental expressway to Battleship Island.

Hand in killer7

In hand in killer7 additional information is provided on Mills' background; he is 49, of Scottish descent and used to be Curtis Blackburn's informant when he was a boy. He is apparently old acquaintances with Dan Smith, but the two are said to get on badly. He is also described as being an assassin as well, although his skills are supposedly appalling.
