case #1: decoyman (デコイマン, Dekoiman) is the second case in the Transmitter chapter of The Silver Case. It follows the exploits of the recently-reawakened Kamui Uehara, and the efforts of both the Heinous Crimes Unit and the Republic task force in apprehending him.
