Blue Gems are items in the video game Shadows of the DAMNED. They are held by top demons in the City of the Damned, and as Garcia Hotspur collects them, Johnson is upgraded and can take on new transformations. Blue Gems are dropped by George Reed, the Sisters Grim (Maras, Kauline and Giltine), Elliot Thomas and Justine Divangelo.
Using Blue Gems, Johnson upgrades his Boner to a Hotboner, and his Teethgrinder becomes a Teether, followed by The Dentist.
